š Project Overview
Event Management System is a full-stack web application designed to simplify the planning and management of events for colleges, educational institutions, organizations, and event coordinators.
The system provides separate interfaces for administrators and students. Administrators can create, update, and manage events, monitor registrations, manage users, and control event-related information. Students can browse available events, register for events, manage their profiles, and access their registration information.
The system also includes event registration controls, capacity management, registration deadlines, digital entry pass and QR functionality, ticket types, reviews, and payment-related functionality. Its responsive interface makes the system accessible across different screen sizes.
The project is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on the frontend, with Node.js and Express.js powering the backend and MySQL used for data storage.
